MC Surplus Solutions may assist individuals, heirs, and businesses with California unclaimed property by:
Helping identify possible matches using public information
Explaining typical documentation requirements
Assisting with organization of claim materials and submission steps when authorized
A “Free Eligibility Check” is informational and does not guarantee a successful recovery.
We do not guarantee that funds exist, that you are the rightful claimant, or that any agency will approve a claim. Government agencies make all final determinations.
Any fees, success fees, or service terms will be provided in a separate written agreement that you must review and sign before paid services begin (if applicable). If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.
If you request assistance, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability
Provide documents you have the right to share
Not submit false or misleading information
Promptly respond to reasonable requests needed to move your claim forward
Do not email sensitive documents (such as Social Security cards or full SSNs). If sensitive documentation is required, we will provide a more secure method after eligibility is verified.
By contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us at the email/phone number you provide, including calls or texts related to your inquiry. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying “STOP.”
